Composer tim p scott started in prehistoric times playing drums, bass and keyboards in various cheesy rock bands. His dream was always to create his own compositions in the vein of the great old electronic artists such as Tangerine Dream, Klaus Schulze, Mike Oldfield and Kraftwerk...finally computer and electronic technology got to the point where you didn't have to be fabulously wealthy in order to create electronic music.

The song play bars you see throughout this site let you listen to excerpts and complete tracks from past and upcoming releases. The mp3 buttons are for high (160kbps) and medium (96kbps) quality files. The stream buttons will (eventually) stream all the songs on the page as mp3s (blue), wmas (orange) or OGG Vorbis format (green). But right now they really just link to Windows Media player or MP3 playlists. The wma files are encoded at a medium quality level (128kbps), and you get a choice of either 96kbps or 128kbps MP3s
I don't know if there is anyone out there in the world using ogg files, but in order to encourage their use I'm using a very high encoding rate (160kbps) for the tunes encoded in that format.
